Return and Refund
If there are any manufacturing defects on the watch itself (movement, case, glass), you have the right to exchange or return the watch for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your watch. They have to be returned with the original packaging and labels. Watches are not allowed for returns if to they have been worn or their straps have been adjusted.

You must cover shipping charges and ensure that they are adequately wrapped to prevent any damage to the products during the course of shipment. As soon as we receive them, we will inspect the items and proceed to exchange your products or give you a full refund. However, you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges.

If you do not like the product, we also allow exchange to another item within 30 days, but you will also have to pay the shipping back to us. After inspecting the product we will process your exchange and ship another piece back to you. For the second time, you will have to pay the shipping back to you as well.

We do not take responsibility for any products lost during the return shipping.

Shipping Information
We'd really appreciate it if you could provide your full name (exactly as it appears on your national ID) when you checkout your order. This little favor goes a long way in helping us with customs clearance and ensuring that your order doesn't get mixed up with someone else's, especially if they happen to share the same nickname as you.

In case you forget to provide your full name during checkout, kindly message us at +65 8815 9418 before the order has been shipped. While we'll do our best to assist, we won't be able to take responsibility for any customs rejections that might occur. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue refunds in such cases, and any additional costs, like return shipping fees, taxes, or other charges, will be billed to you.

Will I Have To Pay International Taxes & Duties?
Standard shipping is free, but please note that orders may be subjected to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.

Taxes and Duties will be borne by the Buyer.

Your packages are shipped according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
